Shipping Policy

Please note -

The estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. For high volume, complex formats, certain countries, or special circumstances delivery times might vary.
During the holiday season and public holidays, this may be slightly delayed but I aim to work through my orders in a timely matter making sure you get the quality you deserve.


It usually takes 1–6 business days to create your products.
This all hugely depends on the demand at the time, during the holiday season and public holidays this may be slightly delayed.


This is a rough outline for the fulfillment times in business days before shipping.

Earings: 3 - 7 days

Wall art: 1 - 7 days

Custom Wall art of cars: 3 - 14 days
Mugs: 2 - 3 days

Custom car mugs: 3 - 14 days
Acrylic and wood: 2 - 14 days

Personalised acrylic and wood Gifts: 3 - 14

(these sometimes may need extra time for glue or vanish to dry fully before shipping) 

Some items are not available on my online store as they are hard to ship at a reenable price.

Australian shipping times

11-15 business days.

Rural may need a few additional days.

Shipping outside of Australia

11-30 business days

Due to the increased pressure on international carriers, some delays may occur. Your tracking number will be the best thing to go by once it has left me. I am sorry I can't give you a better time frame.

Please keep in mind over the last 3 years there have been many delays in shipping with covid, floods, fires, and other unfortunate circumstances this can alter the time, however, feel free to contact me as I do try to keep up to date with everything.


Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy 

currently do not support returns as I am a small business, the products you order are made on demand and are specifically made for each order.

Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order. 

Please choose wisely.

Faulty or damaged 

If an item is faulty or damaged please contact me within 30 days of delivery and with the following information as that comes under quality control.

Please include:

  • Pictures of the items (all angles and damage)

  • Packaging the items came in (inside & out)

  • Description of the problem

  • Order number #

  • The date the item arrived 

  • Name you ordered with

  • The Email address you ordered with 

With ALL the information above I can resolve the problem much faster, I reply within 48* hours.

Customer service is extremely important to me and I try my best to resolve everything in a timely manner.

Returned to Sender Policy

For these cases, please get in touch with me so we can resolve the problem.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. If you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Rejected by the Recipient

If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.


If you are not able to receive your order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick-up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please get in touch with us so that we can resolve the problem.

Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us if it's past the time frame outlined in the shipping policy at the top of this page.

Color consistency

Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, and humidity in the room, just to mention a few examples. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee. however, I would never send anything that I would not use myself and I have a high standard for all the items I create.

Quality Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products you received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and I will do everything I can to investigate and find a solution.
